One sales pipeline

Every roofing lead. One place.

Whether they come from your website, a yard sign, a referral, or a phone call, every opportunity lands in the same pipeline. Your team knows who came in, where they came from, and who needs attention next.

From your website

Turn visitors into priced leads

Homeowners get an instant estimate in seconds. You get their contact information, property details, estimated project value, and a new opportunity ready to follow up.

From your link

Capture leads from anywhere

Share your estimate link in texts, emails, social media, or your Google Business Profile. Homeowners can get started wherever they find you — no website required.

From QR codes

Make offline marketing measurable

Put your QR code on door hangers, yard signs, trucks, or flyers. Homeowners scan it, get an estimate, and automatically enter your sales pipeline.

Added by your team

Keep calls and referrals from getting lost

Add phone calls, referrals, walk-ins, and other opportunities in seconds. Every lead stays in one place so your team can follow up and move it toward a sale.

From new lead to paid job.

Move every opportunity through a simple roofing sales pipeline:

  1. New
  2. Contacted
  3. Inspection
  4. Quoted
  5. Sold
  6. Scheduled
  7. Installed
  8. Paid

Know exactly what needs attention next. Leads become more visible as they sit, helping your team spot stalled opportunities and follow up before they go cold.

The daily workflow

One job, from first look to signed.

  1. A job opened on a phone: a Hot 10/10 insurance claim at 4821 Shoal Creek Blvd, a $10,200 to $12,400 estimate range, and the roof details

    First look

    1. Start from a number, not a name

Roof size, material, claim status and the preliminary range are already on the job, so you know what you're calling about before you dial.

  2. The job's task list: an overdue call about the insurance adjuster visit, and a new follow-up being added with a due date

    Next step

    2. Log the call, set the follow-up

Write what you agreed and when to come back to it. Switch on Autopilot and an email sequence keeps chasing while you work.

  3. The homeowner's copy of the quote: asphalt shingle replacement and labor and tear-off, $13,566.40 total

    Quote

    3. Send a formal quote

Build it from the estimate, then set your line items, terms and price. The estimate was a range; this is the number you stand behind.

  4. A won job, with its production stage set to Sold and Scheduled, Installed and Paid still to come

    Outcome

    4. Track the signature and what follows

See when it's signed and what they signed. Won jobs carry a contract value and move on through Scheduled, Installed and Paid.

What you manage

The work between a lead and a signed roof.

Which jobs need attention, what happens next on each one, and where every quote stands. Instant estimates are how many of them arrive; the rest is what you do with them.

01Jobs slipping

See which jobs need you today

Every job on one board, from the first call through to the day you mark it paid. Cards age as they sit, so the job nobody's chased is the one you notice first.

  • One board, first call to paid

New, Contacted, Inspection and Quoted, then Sold, Scheduled, Installed and Paid.

  • Cards age while you are busy

A card turns amber, then red, when a job's sat too long without a move.

  • Notes and activity on the job

Every call and next step saved on the job, on a timeline it keeps for you.

  • Referrals and door knocks too

Add one by hand and work it from the same board as the rest.

02No follow-up

Know who to call next, and why

Open a job and the call's already prepared: the roof details, the claim status, and what was said last time. No hunting through a text thread first.

  • One list of what's due today

Tasks and the jobs flagged for follow-up, together on the Today list.

  • Work the best jobs first

Every card carries the claim status, material and estimate, and turns amber then red as it sits.

  • Know what to say before you dial

Generate a brief on the job: who they are, what to raise, and when to call.

  • Follow-up that runs without you

One-click emails, plus an automatic seven-day sequence you can switch on.

Turn the estimate into a signed quote

The formal quote is yours to set: your line items, your terms, your price. The homeowner signs it online and the job moves to Won.

  • Prefilled from the estimate

Name, address, material and price carry over, so you're editing, not starting over.

  • Your line items and your terms

Adjust the scope, add a deposit note or an expiry date, then send it.

  • Signed online, not chased on paper

They type their name and draw a signature. You get the email the moment they do.

  • Deposits are noted, not collected

BetterRoofing records what the quote says. Taking the money stays between you and them.

04After hours

Your first call starts with a number

A homeowner types their address and the roof is measured from aerial imagery, then priced with your rates. By the time you ring them you know the roof size, the material they picked, whether it's a claim, and roughly what the job's worth.

  • Answers at 10pm without you

A homeowner gets their range in about 25 seconds, whatever time they land.

  • The roofing systems you actually sell

Your real products and prices, shown as choices rather than one generic figure.

  • On your site, or on a link

An embed, a chat bubble, a floating tab, or a link that needs no website at all.

  • Only the areas you serve

Addresses outside your radius get flagged or blocked before they reach you.

See what the board is actually worth

Mark a job won and you enter the real contract value, so the numbers reflect what you signed rather than what you estimated.

  • Revenue won and close rate

Contract value for the month, and your close rate once a few jobs have closed.

  • A Monday rundown of the board

A plain-English summary of the week, emailed every Monday.

  • Your whole crew, one price

Bring your team, each with their own login. Pricing and billing stay with you.

  • Inspections and install days

Book an appointment and the homeowner gets a confirmation and a reminder. Not crew dispatch.

On the phone

Run the day from the roof.

You're on a roof, in a truck, or standing in somebody's driveway. The desk is the one place you aren't. So everything you'd do on the office screen works on the phone in your pocket: see what's due between jobs, move one along after an inspection, write the note down before you forget it.

  • The same board, not a cut-down one

Every stage and every job, with the columns swiping across instead of squashing.

  • Nothing to install

It opens in the browser that's already on the phone. No store, no update to chase.

  • Photos straight off the roof

Attach what you shot on the job to the job itself.

  • Send the estimate link from the driveway

Text a homeowner your link while you're still parked outside.

Try it the way a homeowner would.

This is the homeowner's side of the product, not the CRM. It is how a job gets onto your board in the first place: type an address and walk through it the way they would, then switch between the chat bubble, the embedded estimator, and the estimate tab to see how it can sit on your website.

Who it's for

Built for the sales side of a roofing company.

Getting the lead, pricing it, following up, and closing it. If that's the part of your business that keeps slipping, this was built for you.

Owner-operators

You measure it, you quote it, you sell it, and you're on the roof by Thursday. One place for every job so nothing rides on remembering to call somebody back.

Instant estimates, a jobs board and quotes homeowners sign online.

Small crews

Two or three people working the same leads out of the same inbox. Everyone gets their own login and the same board, so nobody double-calls a homeowner.

Add the whole crew without the price changing.

Growing companies

More than one service location, and enough jobs that you've stopped being able to say which ones actually close. The numbers sit in the dashboard instead of your head.

As many service locations as you run, plus a weekly sales report.

$99 a month, everything included. No setup fee, no per-seat pricing, no contract, and 14 days free to try it.

What it isn't: crew dispatch, material ordering, invoicing, or payment collection. It tracks a job through Installed and Paid so you know where things stand, but the money still moves between you and the homeowner. If you need the whole operation in one system, the big platforms do that, and cost accordingly.

Sign up and the jobs board is there straight away. Set your pricing, then add a job by hand to work it end to end: notes, tasks, a quote, a signature. Putting the estimator on your website is a separate step you can do whenever you like, and it takes about five minutes: one line of code on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or anything else. No website? Every account includes a direct estimate link for your Google Business Profile, email signature, or Facebook bio.

Yes. Click Add job on the Jobs page and enter a name, a phone number or email, and the property address. It works exactly like any other job from there: notes, tasks, a quote, a signature. The one difference worth knowing is that these jobs have no instant estimate, because nothing measured the roof, so you price them yourself in the quote builder. There is no lead allowance and nothing is metered, so your whole book of business can go in at no extra cost.

The estimate is a range. The roof is measured from aerial imagery, your rates are applied, and the homeowner sees a band rather than a figure, with a note that final pricing follows an in-person inspection. The quote is the number you stand behind. You build it from the estimate, so the name, address, material and price carry over, then you set the line items, the terms, any deposit note and an expiry date. The homeowner signs the quote, never the estimate.

Status, not operations. A signed quote locks, the job moves to Won and you enter the contract value, then it tracks through Sold, Scheduled, Installed and Paid so you can see where work stands and what you have closed this month. Appointments for inspections and install days are included, with a confirmation and a day-before reminder emailed to the homeowner. What it does not do is run the install: no crew dispatch or scheduling, no material ordering, no invoicing. A deposit is noted on the quote, but BetterRoofing does not collect payment, so marking a job Paid records that you were paid rather than processing it.

Keep it if it works for you. Every new lead can go straight into JobNimbus, HubSpot, AccuLynx, or another tool through Zapier or a webhook, with no double entry. If your CRM is mostly a pipeline and a calendar, BetterRoofing may cover that on its own.

Keep your next roofing sale moving.

Organize every lead on one board, follow up without relying on memory, and send a quote they can sign.
